1. Service Delivery

3. The customer pays the displayed service deposit to submit the booking.
4. The booking details are reviewed and an appointment is arranged, subject to availability.
5. The customer provides access to the vehicle at the agreed location and appointment time.

7. The appointment is completed once the selected service has been provided or otherwise concluded in accordance with the applicable terms.

2. Service Deposit

The prices displayed on the website are service deposits for the selected appointment.

A deposit relates to the service selected during booking and does not automatically include additional work outside the published service scope.

Where additional services are requested, they will be handled in accordance with the applicable terms and legal requirements.

3. Appointment Arrangements

4. Customer Availability

The customer or an authorised person should be available at the agreed location and appointment time.

The vehicle should be reasonably accessible so that the selected service can be carried out within its stated scope.

Where the vehicle or location cannot reasonably be accessed, the appointment may need to be rescheduled in accordance with the applicable booking terms.

5. Service Scope

The selected service is limited to the description published on the relevant service page.

Mobile tyre inflation and basic tyre checking may include tyre pressure checking, pressure adjustment where appropriate, and basic visual observation of readily accessible tyre conditions.

The service does not include tyre repair, tyre replacement, comprehensive vehicle inspection or other work not expressly included in the selected service.

6. Changes or Delays to Appointments

An appointment may be postponed or rearranged where weather conditions, traffic conditions, access difficulties, location restrictions or other circumstances affect the scheduled service.

Where an appointment cannot reasonably proceed, an alternative appointment may be arranged where appropriate.

Any treatment of a service deposit following a cancelled or rearranged appointment will be handled in accordance with the applicable cancellation and refund terms and mandatory consumer rights.

7. Completion of Service

A service is considered delivered when the selected service has been carried out at the agreed location within the published service scope, or when the appointment has otherwise been concluded in accordance with the applicable booking terms.

Completion of a basic tyre check does not constitute an assessment of every possible tyre or vehicle condition.

8. Customer Responsibilities After Service

Customers remain responsible for the continued use and maintenance of their vehicle and for obtaining further assessment where circumstances require additional automotive attention.

Information provided during a basic tyre check is limited to the scope of the service purchased.

9. Cancellation and Consumer Rights

Cancellation, withdrawal and refund rights are governed by the applicable Terms and Conditions, cancellation provisions and mandatory consumer protection law.

Where applicable law provides a statutory withdrawal or cancellation right, that right remains unaffected.

Where a customer requests that a service begin before the expiry of an applicable withdrawal period, any legally required consent concerning early performance will be obtained where applicable.
